Terms of Service

The terms that apply to this website and to working with us. Last updated 23 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of the Rankital website. Client engagements are additionally governed by the individual agreement signed at the start of the work, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You may browse, read and share this site freely. You may not copy its content for commercial republication, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

All text, design, code and imagery on this site belongs to Rankital unless stated otherwise. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe work we have done or platforms we operate on.

Services and quotes

Prices shown on this site are starting rates for small businesses and are indicative. A quote becomes binding only when issued in writing and accepted by you. Project scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms are set out in that agreement.

Advertising spend

Our fees cover our work. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms — Meta, Google and others — from accounts you own and control. We never take ownership of client ad accounts.

What we can and cannot promise

We commit to the work described in your agreement, performed competently and on schedule. We do not guarantee specific advertising returns, rankings, traffic volumes or revenue, because those depend on factors outside our control including your offer, pricing, market conditions and platform policy changes. Anyone who guarantees such outcomes is not being straight with you.

Your responsibilities

Providing accurate information, timely access to accounts, and feedback within agreed windows. Where deliverables depend on material from you, timelines shift if that material is late.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it or publish your results without your written approval.

Ending an engagement

Ongoing engagements can be ended by either side with thirty days’ written notice after the initial period stated in your agreement. On termination we hand over all assets, remove our access, and invoice for work completed to that date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Client agreements may specify a different jurisdiction where agreed in writing.
