Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter — phone number, website, service interest, budget range and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply usefully.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard analytics data: pages visited, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you decline, these are not loaded and the site works exactly the same.

Information from client accounts. If you become a client, we work inside advertising and analytics accounts you grant us access to. That data belongs to you. We never sell it, never share it outside the people working on your account, and access can be revoked by you at any time.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or audit.
To deliver services you have engaged us for.
To send our newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that make this site and our business work — our form provider, which delivers submissions to our inbox; our email and hosting providers; and analytics providers if you accepted analytics cookies. Each processes data on our instructions.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies needed for basic function, and optional analytics and advertising cookies which load only if you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. Declining means they do not load at all. Every cookie is listed individually, with its purpose and lifespan, in our cookie policy, where you can also change or withdraw your choice at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and for seven years afterwards where accounting rules require it. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email itssumarfarooq@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to accounts and client data is limited to the people working on your engagement and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you promptly and directly.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email.
