Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you get back, when, and under what conditions. Last updated 21 October 2026.

We would rather lose a fee than argue about one. This page sets out exactly what is refundable and what is not, so nobody has to find out after paying.

Fixed-price audits

This covers the Ad Account Audit and the Full Growth Audit, both of which are paid up front.

Before we start. Cancel at any point before we have been granted access to your accounts and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

If we find nothing worth fixing. If we open your accounts and they are genuinely well structured, correctly tracked and sensibly run, we refund the fee in full. You still receive the written confirmation that the account is healthy, and our view on what we would do next to grow it. We would rather hand that back than invent problems to justify an invoice.

After delivery. Once the report and the walkthrough call have been delivered, the work is done and the fee is not refundable. If you believe the report missed something or misread your account, tell us within fourteen days and we will either correct it or re-audit the relevant section at no charge.

If we miss the turnaround. Our stated turnaround starts from the day we have full access, not the day you pay. If we are late by more than two business days through our own fault, you can take a full refund or a twenty-five percent reduction, whichever you prefer.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are invoiced in advance for the month ahead and the fee covers our time, not a guaranteed outcome.

Notice. Either side can end an engagement with thirty days’ written notice after any initial period stated in your agreement. You are invoiced for that notice period and we work it properly — no winding down.

Part months. A month already begun is not refunded, because the work for it is planned and largely performed at the start. If you cancel within the first seven days of a month and we have not yet begun that month’s work, we will refund it.

The first month. If after the first full month you believe the work was not what was described in your agreement, raise it with us. Where we agree, we refund that month. This is deliberately not a no-questions guarantee: paid media takes time, and anyone promising results inside thirty days is selling you something else.

Advertising spend is never refundable by us

Your advertising budget is paid by you, directly to Meta, Google or whichever platform you are running on, from accounts you own. It never passes through us. We cannot refund it, and neither can anyone else once it has been spent in an auction. Disputes about platform charges, suspended accounts or billing errors go to the platform.

Project work

Website, Shopify and branding projects are invoiced in stages set out in your agreement. Completed and approved stages are not refundable. If you cancel part-way, you pay for work completed to that date and we hand over everything produced so far — files, access and source — with nothing held back.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. In almost every case we will resolve it faster than your bank will, and a chargeback raised without contacting us first means we stop work and suspend access while it is investigated.

How to request a refund

Email itssumarfarooq@gmail.com with your invoice reference and one line about what went wrong. We acknowledge within two business days and, where a refund is due, issue it within ten business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
